    Message:Hi at one time you contacted a friend about a built out website for the Tucson area- if I remember right it was a flat fee and no monthly maintenance - does that mean ownership just transfers to me or what? I guess my concern is that what if things need to be changed and stuff or is it easy on the back end? I am looking for one that has oro valley stuff on it as well. I liked the communities page but I saw a lot of places missing that we serve. Is that something you would just customize for us? My partner and I discussed SEO, and how to get the website so ppl can find it and such without just specifically looking it up. so I am doing some research about that.
