RESPONSE: The site is built on a custom platform that works similar to Wordpress but has more functionality. Editing is as simple as changing the extension on a page to .edit from .html or selecting the page from the back office you wish to edit. Here is a video that shows you what the back office/crm/lead generation is like. We schedule our new clients a 30-45min back office tour after their site is online to get them rolling and there is an extensive help section with screenshot explanations and videos per each feature.
